An incredible powerful woman from Newcastle, Australia, who speaks of growing up in a household where her parent’s struggled with addiction. What mask’s she put on to cope with and deal with what she experienced in those early days.
Getting very badly injured in the military, being tricked into self discharging leading to very sever depression and settling for a domestically abusive relationship. Then controlled by the man in her new relationship and how her drive to own her own business put her on the trajectory of personal development and the life she’s currently living today.
We touch on how the open and honesty in her addiction household helped her build the foundations for the service she offers today and shared some wisdom for families that might be going through the same things.
The journey from hating and not accepting herself to building a very successful business coaching business, travelling the world with it and helping others along the way.
